This is because, Class 12th board appearing students are provisionally eligible for AILET.

AILET exam is going to conducted on 1st may 2022 applications for the same is invited by delhi university from 17 january for admission in law courses in DELHI university. candidates should passed class 12th with atleast 50 percent marks from a recognised board and appearing candidates can also apply.
AILET scores are also accepted by ISME law college,sage university,northcap university,school of law ansal university.

Yes you can give AILET 2022. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear in AILET 2022. Such candidates will become eligible for admission to BA LLB programmes only if they have passed the qualifying examination with the minimum qualifying marks. Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with at least 45% marks. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories must secure at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination
