iam pass in hec 1st year now iam 2nd year intermediate student . iam not pay exam fee in this year I want join open intermediate mpc English

Hello Student

You want to start a new course then it should be started from the very beginning that means  from the first year of the course.  you have stated.that you have not the exam fee of the second year of intermidiate course. You want to join the new course of intermediate that is distance education system then you need a TC from the respective college where you have  studied intermediate and dropped out examination. To clear all the dues fees of the first and second year. Pay the exam fee and all other due fees of the respective college if you want to join in a new course of open University system of education for intermediate course.
