Greetings !!

After B. Com You may go for either MBA or M.com. If you are planning to do MBA, according to your interest you need to choose specialization. Being a commerce background student, you may choose Finance as your specialization. But if you are interested in Human resource management, then i recommend you to pursue HR specialized MBA. Completing MBA from Top -B schools, definitely fetch you 5 - 20 lac PA placements.

You can also pursue M.com , if you want to be in teaching sector.  What ultimately decides is , one's own interest towards the subject. So According to your passion, you may Choose. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.

Wishing You Good Luck !

Thank You !
