Hello aspirant,
As you are a student from Telangana.
I should say that you should provide residence certificate of the permanent residence whether it could be of Telangana/Andra Pradesh.
Here are the eligibility criteria based on nationality:
1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
2. Aspirants must belong to Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
3. The candidates should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
