Hello Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well.

It depends on the country where pharmacy D or B is selected. For now, consider taking one of these courses from India.  As for India, the B-Pharma course is  in many ways much better than the Pharm D course, but to do so you need to understand the scope of both courses in India.  B. Pharmacy course duration: 4 years  Range: 1. You can start a medical business. 2. There are various government work options. B. Pharmaceutical inspectors, railway pharmacists, etc. Cognizant, Iqra, etc. 4. You can work in a variety of pharmaceutical fields such as manufacturing, pharmacocoding (SAS), and pharmaceutical distribution.  Disadvantages of B.pharma: To start your research, you need to obtain M.pharma (second year of research) after completing B-Pharma. For most of the major pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla, Sun Pharma and Lupine, Glenmark primarily employs graduates of M's pharmaceutical companies for research-related work.  Now  consider the range of PharmD.  Pharm D Course Duration: 6 years  Scope: Primarily Pharm D graduates, mainly called clinical pharmacists who work closely with hospital medical staff.  1. The main task is to provide the patient with appropriate advice in relation to the medication or illness the patient is suffering from.  2. Pharm d graduates are in great demand in countries such as the United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom. Jobs in these countries Disadvantages of   Pharm D Unfortunately, this course is as slow growing as demand in India.  India is primarily dominated by doctors, most of whom are self-appointed doctors. Therefore, it is hard to believe that people seek advice from PharmD graduates. Fortunately, various hospitals in India recognize the importance of clinical pharmacists, but it will take years to reach the same importance as abroad.  In summary, if you want to take one of these courses from India, choose B.pharma, if you decide to go abroad, choose PharmaD.
