If a student applies for both b.tech and b.arch and by chance fails to clear either of them will he or she be able to qualify the entrance

Hello,

No you cannot qaulify the entrance without clearing it. There will be a cut-off mark that is required to be scored in order to be recognized as qualified. If you do not qualify you will not be able to get admission to the courses of college that require the qualification of this entrance.
