Is it possible to do B.Tech and B.Arch from IIT which is offering both of them at one time ??

Hello.
Both the courses you are mentioning here are full time and also have different study patterns and subjects. Even if the same IIT offers both BTech and B.Arch, you will be able to apply only for a single course.

B. Tech and B. Arch are completely two different branches. B. Tech deals with more of engineering and subjects releated to building products for public use. Whearas B. Arch is a course related to planning and archeture. Here the student learns more about creative design of building houses.
So there is no course which exists in India which offer both B. Tech and B. Arch. You can purse only one at the time.
