Dear Student,
Glad to inform you that if one has completed msc or any other graduation or post graduation course from open university he'll get an open certificate or degree and not a regular certificate or degree as both are different. A degree secured under Open University (OU) system cannot be regarded as a degree obtained by undergoing regular course of study in a full time course or under the distance education system, the Madras High Court has said.
Hope this might help you.
