if admission time university is approved by UGC and AICTE. but after complete diploma university is banned. can compete diploma is valid?

Hello,
Graduating from an UGC and AICTE university is very important as employers prefer only such graduates.
If the accreditation of UGC is withdrawn after a student completes his/her degree (when there was approval of UGC), they are viewed to have been graduated from an accredited university only. The value of degree is not lost.
