Hello Nadesan
No , diploma holders in pharmacy can not use prefix

People today are using this prefix to differentiate them from others but yet officially it is not approved by pharmacy council of India to use Dr before their name.
In foreign countries people with pharmaceutical field and diploma holders use prefix Dr with their names.
Pharmacists can use prefix Drx which means Drug expert , it is to show that they are having valid license and is registered.
