    Dear Mallareddy,

    Can you please tell me you are asking for which college?

    Generally, if any college provides scholarship to the 1- 1000 rank students then 1001 rank student is not eligible for the scholarship it doesn't matter whetether the students have opted for the schoalrships or not.
