If cut-off is 150 marks, if I get 250 marks under GM category (UR), will I get medical seat in any college, may be with payment?

Chances are less to get seat in Govt colleges but you can try in private and deemed colleges. Also, if you are interested to get seat through management quota then you are advised to talk to the college officials directly regarding the same.
