No, further Upgradation is not allowed after Round 2 Allotments.

Upgradation is allowed only till 2nd Round Counselling.

Candidates who have already joined and taken admission in Round 2 Counselling will not be eligible to participate in Mop Up Round.

If you got any seat in Round 1 of the Counselling and you are not satisfied with the allotted seat then you are eligible for Upgradation of Seat in Round 2 Counselling. But after Round 2 there is no Criteria for Upgradation, you have to join the Allotted College.

If you will not get any seat in Round 2 Counselling then you will be eligible for Mop-up Round Counselling.
