If you are aiming for VIT then NCERTs will not be enough so H.C Verma and R.S Sharma as reference books both would be helpful in your preparation so practice them both as much as you can and for maths practice each and every question, Miscellaneous and examples of NCERT and practice RD Sharma properly.
