Hi. 100 percentage is different from 100th percentile. If you score 360 outta 360 it's 100 percent. Not necessarily 100th percentile. There is no such thing as 100th percentile. The person with the highest score is higher than everybody else but not higher than himself or herself. So the maximum possible is 99.99 percentile or so. Which can be regarded as 100th percentile by many. And if you wanna stick to whole numbers 99th percentile is the maximum. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Yes 100% in jee mains/aiims mean he/she got the full marks. Recently a guy named by Kalpit Veerval, a student of MDS Senior Secondary school, Udaipur, has topped the Jee Mains 2017 with a perfect 100% or 360/360 clinching the all india rank 1.

No 100 percentile doesn't mean that she gets full marks rather it means she is the topper of that exam that is the highest scorer of the exam.

Percentile score indicates percentage of students whose marks are less than yours. So 100 percentile means 100 percent students or all students have lesser or equal marks to you.
