Hey!

If you wish to pursue M.Tech. in Astrophysics or Aerospace, you need to have a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics, instrumentation or allied branches. Also, you should have a minimum aggregate of 60% in B.Tech. (for general category).

Hope this answer helps!

Hello Aspirant

Since a large focus of astrophysics is towards the knowledge of maths and physics, you can surely do astrophysics for your Mtech.

After that you can pursue a PhD degree with specialisation in Astrophysics.

Organisations like ISRO are the places where astrophysicists work
