If I am alloted a seat in the 1st round in IPU Counselling 2018 and I want upgradation in my seat so what I have to do ??

Hello. As you have been allotted a seat in 1st round of counseling, you can go for upgradation if you want. Just go for the successive rounds of allotment and you may get a seat of your choice. Attend all the the other upcoming allotment rounds. Hope you get your desired seat.
