Hey Abhishek! You have to first register for counselling for each round of counselling, new registration will be done and only the qualified and eligible candidates will be allocated seat. The registration for UPSEE Counselling Round 1 was opened on June 25, 2018. You can definitely apply for 2nd round without sitting in 1st round.
