if I am not Willing to take the college alloted to me in round 1 am I eligible for round 2 , I didn't pay 40000 (IPU)

Hi,


You need to pay the fees and then only you're eligible for the second round of counselling. Without that you can't go for the second round. As you're not willing to take the college alloted to you in the first round, don't be worried, just pay the fees (which is refundable) and then go for the second round.
