If I apply for EWS in AIQ Counseling will I be eligible for UR seats or not ?

To claim the EWS reservation, you should be able to provide the EWS Certificate and be eligible as per the criteria laid down in ANNUXURE-A. However, if fail to do so, then only you'll be considered as UR by designated authority and based on your AIR, you will be considered for admission(if any).

Thanks for answering but I had already read that information and my doubt is that will UR seats will be considered for EWS candidates or not.

I don't think so. As they have only mentioned that the EWS can be converted into UR seats but not the opposite one(UR seats to EWS candidates).
