If I can not apply for mit madras in this year and I passed out 12th exam. Can I will apply next year

Yes you can apply for mit next year also as there are many examples of students who do not able to apply for the respective year they pass their higher secondary examinations. But if you do not go for any course or degree then I would suggest you to kindly use your time really wisely and learn new skills or get enrollment in some certificate courses.
