If i choose bsc maths hons then which strategy should be for ssc cgl

*Download the syllabus from the official website of SSC, go through it, take a print out in your study table.
*Make a timetable according to your study style, divide the time as per the requirement of the subject, learn the conceptual understanding first especially in case of Maths and Reasoning, lots of practice is required for speed and precision.
*Go through previous year paper, analyze your strength and weakness, and improve accordingly. You'll find various mock papers freely available on competitive exams sites, you can practice them as well.
*Reading newspaper on daily basis will help you in GS as well as English, you can read The Hindu, mostly in exams RCs are directly taken from here only.
*When it comes to books for the section of Quant, you can refer any among the three; Quicker Maths by M Tyra/ Fast Track Arithmetic by Arihant Publications /Quantitative Aptitude by RS Agarwal, for English, you can refer General English by SP Bakshi or Plinth to Paramount, Wren and Martin is the best book for grammar and Word Power Made Easy is great for vocabulary section, for Reasoning, you can go through RS Agarwal Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning,Analytical Reasoning by MK Pandey, for  General Awareness, Lucent's GK is best to cover the static portion and when it comes to dynamic part, newspaper reading is the best option as you don't have to mug up everything at the last moment.
*Eventually, before appearing for the exam, you should go for test series, this is important to get used to online test, simultaneously managing the time.
