Yes, it is possible but I would recommend learning these 3 chapters and these two topics to make its easier.

Chapters :

1 Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure (This is a must.)

2 Redox Reactions (You can just do the basics of this chapter, this will help you understand reaction mechanism of numerous preparation of organic compounds because most of them are reduction or oxidation reactions.)

3 Organic Chemistry - Some Basic Principles and Techniques (Just the Nomenclature, Isomerism, I effect and R effect should be good enough.)

Topics :

1 Mole Concept (This one is fundamental and easy.)

2 Aromaticity (You will find this one in Unit 13 Hydrocarbons in Section 13.5. These are just some conditions, and if a compound seems to fall under it, it is considered an aromatic compound.)

If you did not study chemistry well in class 11, so don't worry about that you should cover some important basic chapter's of class 11th . because in 10th class we don't have enough knowledge of chemistry so first cover the tropics then will will well understand class 12 chemistry.

Yes , you can learn and understand class 12 chemistry even if you haven't studied class 11 chemistry as there's not much linking between class 11 and class 12 chemistry for the most of class 12 chapters in chemistry but even then  you need to first complete important chapters of your class 11 chemistry like some basic principles if organic chemistry,  Hydrocarbons, chemical bonding etc. These chapters are very cruicial , so side by side you should study your class 11 chemistry and then you will have no problem in any chapter of class 12 chemistry and yes there's no shortcut , so you need to do this.
