Hi Umair,
The physics syllabus for classes 11 and 12 is based on a fundamentally new domain. You do not need to consider about 11th physics if you are merely studying for the 12th board. It will have no bearing on your preparation for the board. However, if you're studying for NEET or JEE, the class 11th curriculum is crucial because questions with mixed topics are frequently asked.

Hey there
It will create some difficulty for you to study physics in class 12th. However I have seen many students who have completed their 11th class without physics and opt physics in 12th as subject but have scored very well percentages in 12 with physics. The main subject which you study in 11th class is mathematics which matters because it is the toughest subject and not Physics. However for being good in physics in 12th class you have to study well and need a lot of Practice and guidance of a qualified teacher.
