if I do mbbs from private colleges what are the drawbaks for PG study or any other types drawbaks pl explain
greetings,
career and opportunities wise there isn't any such drawback for graduating doctors. We have a severe lack of them and so they are revered regardless of their graduation record or other things of such manner.
Still, if you count them as drawbacks then:
- Expensive graduation (private colleges are way more expensive than Government and deemed ones are even worse in that regard)
- Exposure - so generally, most government college hospitals are flooded with pants of all kinds and the students of those colleges who help and learn in those circumstances could arguably have more exposure and experience dealing with cases as opposed to private college hospitals. Of course not all private colleges but the ones who are struggling to keep up and their hospitals are not that full of cases.
-Other than that, after you graduate it's all the same level playing field. Your claim to a PG seat will be the same as someone from a Government college and your claim for a government job will also be the same.
hope it answered your question,
Good day!
