Hi aspirant,
Candidates who have not reported or joined in the College they alloted through Round 2 of Counselling can exit with forfeiture (i.e by losing the security deposit amount) with the stipulated time given.
Then they'll be eligible for further rounds. If they have reported or joined then they are not allowed for further rounds of Counselling even in State Quota NEET UG Counselling.
As you have not reported/ joined the College which you got allotted in Round 2, then you can participate in Mop-up round by losing your security deposit amount that means exit with forfeiture.
You need to fill the registration form freshly for Mop-up round.
