if i generated allotement letter in upsee first round of counciling am I not eligible for further rounds.I opted float option

I too faces same problem but there is no need to worry you will be alloted a better option than earlier or the same option in ur 2nd round counseling.

Now is it clear.?

so why they ask for generation of allotment letter

It is for present allotement. If u didn't get any upgrade u will be allocated same institute the u can use this letter
