Hello,
Don't even consider it, dear. Many states regard OBCs to be general, for example, there is no reservation for OBCs in higher education, but there is when it comes to jobs.
When it comes to marks, it's best to be safe than sorry: a score of over 570 will get you into a Government college's MBBS programme.
It's real hard to get in government colleges even with 500+ nowadays .
So if you work hard and try to bring your marks to required level then there is a possibility to get in. The total OBC reservation in AQ is approx to 27 percent.
Hope it helped
Hi
With 300 marks your chance for government college is very low even if you are from obc.
For example,
Your profile suggests your domicile state is Bihar, and when we go through previous year trend then i n neet 2019 , 575 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Bihar state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Bettiah
You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 30 - 50 marks more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 600- 625 marks.
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
