If I get a seat in IIT should I have to pay both tuition fee and hostel fee or else only hostel fee?!! I Am OBC

If you get a seat in any IIT you will have to pay the fees that is applicable for the category that you belong to.
This would vary a little from IIT to IIT.
You will also have to pay the different one time admission fees and other fees like for insurance etc.
Apart from that you will have to pay the hostel fees.
