You cannot participate in CSAB Special Round counselling if you haven't withdrew the seat allotment in JoSAA counselling. You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to participate in CSAB Special round counselling 2021. Here the eligibility criteria

• A candidate must have valid JEE Main rank.

• The JoSAA 2021 eligibility criteria have to be met by the candidates.

• Candidates who have participated in JoSAA 2021 counselling but didn't get seat allotment will be eligible for CSAB 2021 special round.

• Candidates who opted not to participate in the special round after JoSAA will not be eligible to participate in  CSAB 2021 special round counselling procedure.

• Candidates who are allotted seats through JoSAA 2021 counselling but did not accept the seat or withdrawn their seats are also be eligible for CSAB 2021 special round.

If you wish to participate in CSAB Special round counselling then you have to cancel the seat allotted in JOSAA counselling. Once you the seat you cannot claim the seat.
