if I get college in round 1 aiq , I opt for free exit and in round 2 doesn't get any college (aiq). Meanwhile I attend state counselling and alloted or report in particular state college. will I be eligible for mop round of central university?

As per the eligibility criteria to participate in mop round, you are not allowed. As only the candidates who have not alloted any seat or they have resigned their seats are the only ones who can participate in mop counselling rounds. To know more visit here:
