Om, your aggregate in Physucs, Chenistry and Biology determine your eligibility for NEET. They do not have any bearing for securing a Medical Seat. So as long as you meet the eligibility criteria, you are good. There is no additional weightage to your 12th marks in NEET. So even if you score just 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you are good.
