If I give improvement exam next year will i be issued with the certificate of new result or just the marksheet?

After giving comparment exam you'll get 2 marksheets.
First marksheet you'll get during actual boards time and second marksheet you'll get after improvement exam.
In second marksheet there will be star in front of subject in which you appeared for improvement.
And your second marksheet will be valid because why would you need first marksheet when you have improved your marks in second marksheet.

Mam but improvement exams will be held next year during boards as I'm not giving compartment papers as I have cleared the exam will it effect my chances of getting admission in colleges?

No, it won't effect your chances of getting in college. Improvement exams are for students who have passed but not satisfied with their marks. So just make sure that if you are appearing for improvement exam next year then work hard and score better than before.
Infact, if you'll score good then your chances of getting good college will automatically increase.
