If I got a seat from SNQ quota and my income is high does it have any problem during admission

The SNQ quota is meant for students with a weak economic background. Since you have already secured your admission, you must have submitted an income certificate.
You should have no problems with your admissions although this is not very morally correct to fake a certificate and deprive the actually economically weaker students of opportunities.
