As you must be knowing, for the 2nd round of counselling you usually fill in newer choices in case you are seeking for upgradation. If you do not get a college in the 2nd round of counselling, the college that you'll get in the first round will be retained. If you get another college in the 2nd round and or do not report to the college of the first round, the college that you have received in the first round will be cancelled.
