If I have freezed my seat in 4th round of counselling in UPSEE. Am I elligible for spot round in another college ?

No, once you freeze your seat you cannot participate in spot counselling.The eligibility to particicpate in spot round are
- A candidate who were not alloted a seat in any college in any round.
- A candidate who did not confirm their seat.
- A candidate who could not participate in any round of counselling.
