if i have not got any seat in round 1 of upsee councelling and i have to go to round 2 then do i have to pay 20000 or not .. please tell me??

HEY!
NO you won't have to pay 20000 rs you just need to give the registration fees that is 1000 rs. But if you have paid it in the first round then sit back and relax there is no need to pay it again. You can participate in as much rounds as you want to.
