Hello,

With the marks in JEE Mains you can seek admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through JoSAA counselling. If you qualify the JEE Advanced then only can you apply for IITs. To consider for JoSAA counselling you should register for it which commences by second week of June 2019. A rank list is prepared by the JoSAA involving only those who applied for JoSAA counselling. Based on the category rank list and Common Rank List (General), closing and opening ranks are published before each round of counselling. The admission occurs based on this rank but there are three quota available like All India, Home State and Other State.
