The candidates who are eligible for second round counselling are

• Registered candidates who didn't get seat in CCMN round 1.
• Registered candidates who were allotted seats in round 1 and paid seat acceptance fee, but their allotted seats were cancelled during online document verification due to ineligibility of any required criteria are still eligible for counseling.
• Registered candidates who were allotted seats in round 1 paid seat acceptance fee and choosed Float or Slide as their willingness and got documents verified online successfully are eligible. Candidates who choosed willingness as Freeze are also eligible but only for category upgradation without changing the seat allotment.
• Registered candidate who were allotted seat in round 1 and paid seat acceptance fee, got documents verified online successfully and choosed Surrender and Participate in Next Round option are also eligible.

Now, if you have choosed Slide or float or surrender and participate in next round then you are eligible to get seat in round 2 provided you must have paid the seat acceptance fee, verified your documents and fulfill all the eligibility criteria. You will be allotted a seat if there are vacant seats in course/institute of higher preferences and you have the required cut off rank. If you have withdrawn your seat allotted in round 1 then you are not eligible to get seat in subsequent rounds not you can participate in further rounds of counselling.
