If i join bams in 2019 and mbbs if i get in mopup round then can i cancel my seat in bams and join mbbs in 2019?

Hi surabhi .
Yes you can do that . You can go for spot round too and if you got the seat you want , you can leave the earlier seat .
But this needs time and once you take admission in college than the whole process of cancelling one seat and taking documents back and applying for new seat is very hectic.
So choose wisely.
