Yes, you can surely give jee mains in the next year provided you fulfil certain conditions-
You should pass your 12th in the year 2019 or 2020 or 2021. It is mandatory.
Your aggregate should be 75% in pcm which means you should be in top 20 percentile.

Yes, you can appear for JEE Mains again as long as you follow the eligibility criteria:
- You should have passed your 12th standard exam from a recognized board of the country.
- You can give the exam for a total of six times that is for three years as JEE Mains is conducted twice a year.
So, if you abide by these criteria then you can reappear for JEE Mains. But I would suggest not to sit for the exam again as getting a better opportunity is very difficult and because of this your studies might get affected.
