I think you know that almost all the good colleges preferred JEE mains ranks for admission.

And counseling is based on rank .

So you must have to get rank or clear JEE main.

But you have other options like

BITSAT

IPU

VIT

SRM

etc. Which conduct their own entrance exam.

Otherwise you have to pass JEE main.

Or take admission in some state college which give admission in basis of your 12 the boards exams.

Good luck

If you wish to get admission in a decent college for Engineering programme, You should have a valid score or meet the cutoff required cutoff of the particular colleges.

The cutoff varies to each college branches wise, If you mention here the particular college name, You want to take the admission then I can help you better about this. You can check JEE Main previous year cutoff rank with the given below link.

The main question lies here is what is considered a good college because you knows who will qualify JEE main will be more than two lakhs students know the top two lakhs students will get the top in different colleges of India and if you have only want to get a seat based on JEE main rank then it is sure that those get a better rank will first get the seat in better colleges if you consider colleges after 2lakh students as good then yes. It is just a state of mind that whether you are in good college or not as you need to first to decide what college you would you consider a good college

Hello sir

Actually the JEE is having the concept in which if for example for particular category is having cutoff of 50 means then that person who is belowing to that category person must and should get that cutoff marks for sure

If you missed the score you can try for other top colleges

Thanks
