Hi reader ,

you have not told that through which way (AIQ or STATE) you have opted upgradation.

if i assume that you have opted for upgradation in 2nd round through ALL INDIA counselling and your college does not get upgraded then you will have to take admission in the college alloted to you in round 1. if you decide not to join it then you will not be able to further participate in any type of counselling be it state or AIQ.

if you have opted for upgradation in round 2 of state counselling and your college does not get upgraded then you will have to take admission in the college alloted to you in round 1. if you decide not to join it then your fee will be fortified and you will have to register again for mopup round.

i hope this helps

for knowing your chances of getting a college you can refer
