No, if you qualify 2021 mains then you have to qualify 2022 advance itself. For the next year you have to give JEE Mains again for qualifying advance.

YES, if you have given JEE advance examination in the last year, then you are also eligible to give JEE advance for the last time this year. According to the Rule of NTA, every candidates are allowed to write JEE advance for the 2 consecutive times from the year of giving the Class 12th exam. So if you have given JEE advance exam for the first time previous year, then you can also give it this year which will be your last attempt.
