If I pass 12th in 2019 nd want to do Jee in 2020 so the top 20 percentil for me is compare with top 20 percentile of 2019 or the new top 20 percentile of 2020

As you are a dropper so it's a common question which comes in mind but the top 20 percentile will be of your passing year or your percentage should be more than 75 percent. So your top 20 percentile will be of 2019.

As per JEE main eligibility, Candidates must have secured at least 75% marks in 10+2 exam or be in the top 20 percentile in 10+2 conducted by the respective Board.For SC/ ST candidates, the qualifying marks in 10+2 are 65% or more.
