No, there is no need to write bar exam for the pass outs before 2010. Directly they can enroll.

Hello Aspirant,

As per the eligibility, It states that the advocates who have completed their law degree programme before the academic year 2009, do not have to take AIBE.

candidates who had passed before 2010 can directly enroll with bar council and need not to appear for the exam.
