The fees you pay during the counselling procedure for the seat acceptance purpose in spot round or any other round is gone nowhere. If you accept the admission in the college, it is adjusted in your total fees for the year.  So if your fees for a year was 51,000 rupees  now you will have to pay only 30,000 rupees.

If you are going to withdraw, then also you will be getting your seat acceptance fees but with a deduction of 1000 rupees as processing charges.
