When we pay fees in csab special round 2019,if we don't get any seat will they return the amount paid?

If you don't get any seat in CSAB special round, then the fee you submitted would be refunded in your bank account. Choice filling would start in a few weeks, so I would suggest you to keep checking the website https://csab.nic.in/CMS/Public/View.aspx?page=79 .
