If I physically join the college allotted In the 1st round of AIQ counseling, and give up-gradation request,then can I participate in 1st round of counseling for STATE QUOTA seats? I basically want to hold the AIQ seat and also participate in state counseling (held on later dates wrt AIQ counseling)

Hey,
It is possible as most of the time the All India counseling as well as the State counseling dates don't clash with each other. The student who get a seat in All India Counseling do have a chance to switch to seat he or she gets from their state. The students are given chance to upgrade their choice if they want to.
