If i regular study for 2 hours in 1st semester after joining 1 month late can i get 9 cgpa in btech civil engineering

Hello,

The first year of engineering isn't that tough, even if you join 1 month late you'll easily be able to catch-up because basically the first year students have to study mainly what they have studied in class 11-12 , only a few chapters are new to them so I'll say it won't be tough for you to catch-up.
The first year is same for all the departments so you don't have to worry about it, just focus the rest of the months on your studies and just make sure in the 2 hours which you're dedicating to your studies, you're giving complete focus and attention and then, you'll easily be able to score a 9 CGPA.
